Once registered, participants receive one private class and two group classes.

About Trial Program:
The trial program is very popular with parents, beginners and experienced students because it gives you a chance to see for yourself how safe, fun, and beneficial our program is as well as experience the quality of our school. You will also be able to meet instructors and students and get answers to any questions you have.
